Went for a run on the beach...

...and had a little fun with Instagram.  I stopped a few times on my run to take a few photos with my phone.  I don't like carrying anything when on a run, but I often find something that catches my eye and am bummed when I can't catch that photo.

Last night was absolutely beautiful!  I ended my run running through the dunes then walking at the end along the lake shore.  What a great way to end the the day.
