Photos of the tiny creatures. I'm loving green!

This was a beautiful morning!  The night before a friend handed me a very small bug just like the one in the  second photo, so since it was a beautiful morning I thought I would go on the hunt for another one.  I first found a dead one, but as I looked further found this one ready to pose. These tiny iridescent creatures are really very beautiful!  During my search I also came along this bug in the top photo.  I think it's called a May Fly.  Is that right?  I also was told these bugs make great trout bait.
